There's no proof of him leaving to avoid punishments or mic spamming,It could've been him going back to his original team.

I'm not saying he's innocent or bad but i suggest next time on a ban request like this you record.

Player is already banned by Chief for 24 hours, but do have a video for mic spam for a request.
