help i accidentally opened them in internet explorer and now ever skin i try to download automatically opens in internet explorer plz help me

it won't let me save it as an actual file it saves it as a internet explore thing i don't know what I'm doing wrong

You might have to find were you downloaded/installed the file, right click it and select "Open With" and select chrome or whatever you need to open it. I think i have had this problem before not sure if it is the same as yours.

Cant find the reflection file so it has issues with some maps and lighting, but I thought this was worth sharing
