Other than dink i have the ability to ipban/unipban and i do have the ips you have used to play here.

Console variable manipulation means you had something on your computer that can force the enabling of server cvars such as
sv_cheats commands such as r_drawothermodels 2 (wallhack) or mat_wireframe
and allows the bypass of sv_allowcslua

If starky wishes i can remove your bans or i can reenforce the bans by banning more ip addresses of yours.
It is in my opinion that you do not belong on this server though according to your track record.

clientside lua execution in cac means you can hover over it and see what it says and usually this means he was indeed using hacks. Examples being Catbot, smeghack, meme.lua, etc. Starky unbanned him on the other unban he made here http://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/thread-1906.html . I would make sure cac didn't catch him for these things.
