Unfortunately no, I don’t think we should add this. It immediately gets abused and is another thing staff have to combat. Already with the current load there were many days where I would be just staffing and not any real time to play, and I don’t think staff need the addition. also more Addons for the server? No thank.
Also keep in mind staff would have to go to the spray, meaning more staffing during round

Speaking specifically for PH, I do not reccomend allowing sprays. 

Yeah they're fun but it escalates quickly in PH.

This would be a good idea cause it also promotes buying donor just like queueing does! And just like any ability that comes with donor, abusing it can get your donor rank removed

I see people doing similar though if they do get re-enabled and the ID tag on them might just be more to load for the server

reasons not to
-more load for the server since you'll be adding an addon to pull steamids/show who sprayed
-Rank locking to donors and staff will most likely piss off the regs and below who can't pay for it and see it as unfair
-trolls that are dumb enough to buy it to mess with it will then realize they have access to actual commands when they see donors kicking themselves or gagging themselves and have more to troll with
-finally its more for staff to watch and manage and will be over bearing when its lone staff members

Near said it better than I could. Even locked down to donors and up it will cause issues, whether its server stability or trolling its gonna happen plus added things to watch as staff. I would not enable sprays.

Here's the thing.

•  If sprays are limited to Masters, Regulars, Donors, and Staff no one would complain about it 'not being fair'
  
• The addon that shows you who's spray is who's is smaller than some of the playermodels people beg for. (Oh, and like 5 models that came directly from the workshop have been permanently removed) 
  
• Lastly, about the staff team. I am a staff member from TTT. I've been actively playing the server for almost two years, I've been 'apart' of the community for four. Whether it be one staff member or twenty, we aren't every really bogged down with work. Workloads are light. Slaying, muting, gagging, keeping people in check, etc. Kicking people to change their spray would fit right along with getting people to change their names.

Just make it Regular or Master +, and revoke it from anyone who ever sprays an NSFW image or abuses it or whatever. I'm pretty sure you can revoke the command from people individually. Make them post a ban appeal to get it back
