Potential Witnesses, Everyone I've been playing with for the past few months.

I've been perma banned over three times at this point on this server, first time for supposed aim hacking, second for mass rdm, and this time for aim hacking again. 

Each previous permaban has been lifted because each time it was a mistake, I didn't aimhack and I didn't mass RDM. As with this most recent ban, I will say that I was not aim hacking and will apply the same evidence as I did last time to clear that up. As for now, I main with a shot gun therefore it requires me to be up close to kill someone with it. When you are up close it is very hard to miss, that cannot possibly attribute to me being an aimhacker just because I am good with shooting things several feet in front of me. 

Regardless, I'd like to see people make an argument as to how I was actually hacking or to whether I wasn't. 

I am not a hacker, I will not stand to be called one again by careless staff.

Are you going to be clear or not, or will you ignore all the times in that round I flat out missed shooting people and cherry pick the times I shot people point blank?


That first video does nothing to prove that I use snap hacks but rather shows how stiff I move my mouse. If I was snapping, my crosshairs would be snapping directly towards people instead of just side to side on my screen.

I would like a change to reply. Most badly coded cheats have a bug with them where they keep the cross hair "Near" the body part you set it to. Which in return makes the mouse look SUPPER jittery Like in the videos above.(sorry not badly coded I mean horrible cheats some badly coded ones dont actually have this that often)

I would like to add that you read over the link submitted in proof, if not done so already. I would be glad to post any other sort of accompanying video if it helps you figure out I just naturally snap like that with my own aiming.

Not saying this is the case or anything, but I will personally attest to various bots in source games have settings that basically amount to "intentionally miss a certain percentage of the time".
This feature was added to a great many bots specifically for the reason stated above.

As far as I'm concerned, it's not the jittering of the mouse that is the problem. The problem lies where you always shoot while you're off target and your crosshairs jump to the person's chest very suddenly. While the crosshairs jump in a way that normal people can do, the fact that it happens every time is a problem. Unless DaKody or another admin chooses to unban you, I don't think you'll be getting back on. Sorry, mate.

Release the entire footage for that round refrenced and you'll see the inconsistency in that logic, at this point its just double jeopardy to ban me again for the same reason. I trust that you'll find my aim not to be as consistent as you all attest to if you watch the entirety of me playing that round.

What honestly am I to do? I'm not a hacker and am disgusted by even the thought of any body considering me one. How am I suppped to defend myself when this is just word against word, that footage is not proof enough. This is just an unfair judgment.

Much like with my previous aim hacking related ban, my movements were deemed to be too stiff and rough. I am literally incapable of smooth fluid movement, my hands shake due to a uncontrollable affliction. Rough and stiff movement is all I can afford, even at my most presumably sharpest aiming, the courser is still shaking if not slightly.

Just consider this, read over the previous ban if you have to.
