[TTT] ttt_projectsuburb Objectives Guide

Hey everyone, I made a guide today on how to do the Objectives in ttt_projectsuburb, since there isn't a single guide that seems to exist anywhere. Hope it helps and makes the map a little more fun for those that know how to do the objectives!
