Being twitchty is not releated to hacking. He banned the player on minimum evidence. You do not 100% need first person evidence. If you cannot see the hacking, that is on your end. Many here are familiar with the multiple types of hacks, this one being an aimlock. Twitching is highly different, than the aim locking back onto props. This is shown in both videos shared on this ban request.
As for my thread/ban. I shared my IP, my invoice of GMOD and that I do not run GMOD in family shared. You cant ban players on assumptions because "oh wow fresh account". As stated before fish will be posting the evidence shortly.
Also please dont contradict yourself in your last statement, when you CLEARLY have a biased opinon on your friend.
The numerous 'test' kicks can already be seen at ballparks thread. He gets kicked for "test" even though he is ailve. He got kicked because "??" rather than asking the owner of the server instability or hiccup. This was not theultrafish that kicked him, that was the video that the staff member had posted. Please pay closer attention before saying I'm contradicting myself. This was mono that did the kick, and not theultrafish. There is no bias as I am asking for evidence on your part but you're failing to provide it. I will leave this open for another day and I will be the admin to decide on this since the other one is the one in question. But I will tell you that you currently do not have enough evidence for abuse.
Please work on finding some more evidence to prove that he's been abusive and something will be done. If you cannot, nothing will be done sorry. That is how dinklebergs works. Evidence is important.

Your first reference of "proof" has more than one video. You would have seen that if you had looked for more than 2 seconds.
For your second case of proof will require more explanation. Before I did that ban I showed the other admin, Mother Nuru, to see that I was not just seeing things. Mono provided the first part of the proof himself and I went and found the rest to be absolutely sure.
These screenshots above are from a website that tracks alts even though the names are different.
For example, Den and laura, are go fuck yourself dumbass virgin and shaka brakah.

That and seeing how there is literally a website that connects these two is beyond coincidence. They are also connected to your account as well. I also have evidence via video that "go fuck yourself dumbass virgin" named "^" in the video was using hacks and knew when I was trying to get a screenshot of them.
Den was connected to a couple of other accounts like Sarah Madison and Dansende ko but those accounts have mysteriously been misplaced or deleted. One item of not is how similar the custom URLs between more than just a couple of accounts are in those screenshots but I digress.
Another account that comes into account (no pun intended) is this one https://steamcommunity.com/id/awdwaokkdckoxzkoc also called "no scammer" conveniently with "go fuck yourself dumbass virgin" they have VAC bans on the same day. You account Abby Clark did not have that name while on the server it was in fact "Bitch Evaded" way to go not making yourself look suspicious there I gotta admit. Also as I have pointed out, the account you are using is only a few days old which is oddly timed when these bans took place https://steamid.uk/profile/76561198987411192 . Mono can confirm that your name was Bitch Evaded at the time also naming yourself at one point "go hang yourself virgin mod" is less than desirable. Your account is new but you just share it with everyone else and by everyone else, I mean your alternative accounts.
Now finally to the third issue if you look, there is a third video in the comment section from that viewers perspective.
4th kind of interesting that you used this one as proof especially since the videos have been removed and cannot be reviewed so I do not see anything here unless Mono wants to add them back if he even has them still.
I have a question, if you only played for 20 minutes on the server, how do you know I kicked people for testing without providing said evidence on those players? How would someone brand new to the server automatically just know these things? Also various other threads and attacking my character without any reference other than me banning people is a poor measurement I believe. Also demanding that I go to therapy is just rude.

Sounds like a big excuse for you to ban everyone you dislike. It is not possible to detect alt accounts with steam lookitup, another method you could use was IP ban or compare IP between the accounts and see if the same IP popped up. There are also tons of other methods to detect ALT when people join your server for example SNTE.
The methods with your ingenius assumptions is abusive and unprofessional. You just throw all these accounts that are banned up and then dare me of being behind all of them? So in total of all the person you banned because of "alt evasion" would be in the hundres and I would have to wasted 1000 dollars, just to harass you? That seems totally reasonable and not delusional at all.
As stated again and again, compare the IP's of the presummed alt accounts and then you can come with your conclusion of whether people are using ALT accounts.

I'm really confused, all of the accounts you have brought up were banned for hacking/cheating. Why are you so interested in these particular bans? As an admin Fish oversees a lot of different issues on the server. No decision is made without looking at the evidence provided by the staff/donors that are on at the time. I was actually on the server when one of those accounts was playing and was there when it got banned. I also was one of the people who spoke to the staff dealing with it about my concerns that there was cheating going on as did other players.
The staff don't go around just banning people from the server because they don't like them, that's not how it works. You are just digging yourself deeper in this hole and I suggest you stop as the mountain of evidence is heavily against you.

You ignore the other reasons hacking (which is evident as the player is trying to shoot a fish through a concrete wall for a majority of the video) and the disrespect came from him basically saying that he hopes I die after I try to screenshot him.
Also as Tedgp pointed out, you can change your ip address very easily.
