Some people may have misinterpreted my sarcastic humor as being "toxic" and I don't really personally attack people with the intention to harm them so idk I want to see evidence. Also isn't there a warning system and gag system that are supposed to be used before banning?

As for propkilling, yes I admit I went off today on space station during pre-round and I apologize me and the guests were memeing xD. Nobody asked me to stop or gave a warning, last time I was warned for preround pk was a couple months ago.
As for propkilling during the round, I don't do it unless I'm a traitor or I have a reason to as an innocent or if someone wants to prop fight so it's not like I mass rdmed.

The rules say a 1day, 3day, 1week ban should lead up to a perm ban but I was just instantly permabanned.

I would like to see evidence.

Aethor, first and foremost, I have no issue with you on a personal level. However, since I've been back, I've witnessed and heard from other players that you were consistently prop killing people pre-round and in the round. Now, you state that you only prop kill people while you are Traitor and yes that is sometimes the case. But from the past two days and today, I recorded at least 6 videos of breaking the rules. You're a senior player here, so I don't know why you will break the rules and "meme" as you call it. You're not above the rules and from the past before I went inactive, you had a major problem with prop killing people. Your second perm ban from Dildo attests to this. And your humor may be funny to you, but other people, including staff found that you were targeting people such as Raider. Mocking that he resigned then came back to "slay people". Your actions are not appropriate and are not allowed in our rules and seeing from your past bans, that you either don't care, or just think you're above the rules. I've talked to a handful of staff and almost all of them say they've had problems with you in the past. In my best judgement, I banned you permanently, seeing as how your actions in the past to now have not changed.

after watching the videos that were posted right before i posted. He just seems to have sarcastic humor telling someone that to get textures you need a certain rank in csgo doesn't seem bad to me. Regarding the prop kill maybe i missed it in text chat, but i didn't hear anyone ask him to stop pking. Admittedly the raider thing wasn't good, but I would still support a unban. Admittedly I am not on alot, but i am voting off my experience with Aeth0r.

This isn't me targeting Raider. It's me saying he's definitely the T because of the way he acts (standing still and eyeing people) versus the way the remaining innocents were acting. I confirmed that it wasn't a kos. I've done this same gameplan to MANY other people and I'm sure people have witnessed it. I ultimately killed him because I had 2 pings on my radar in his direction where him and Ckg were. I hear a gunfight and 1 person die, Raider is the clear survivor, it's overtime, I finally kos him. As for me saying "get rekt" idk what to say I'm just being a nerd.

I was previously banned for RDM via propkill DURING the round. You weren't active when I was banned, I was much worse with propkill back then. I'm sure regulars can compare the two time periods if they even remember. So far I only see evidence of me propkilling during pre-round.

As for the targeting aspect, I only said those things to Raider because many people resigned after the recent drama and I just thought it was funny he was "going against the revolution" when he cancelled his resignation. A lot of people made shitposts about the drama on the forum so I didn't think it would be considered "toxic" to verbally shitpost about the drama in the server.

It's hard for me to tell if I'm being "toxic" when I'm not given any warnings or gags or mutes but rather a ban.

This I cannot make sense of, because you knew full well that it was an issue, yet you continued and haven't addressed this part in your response. In addition to that you were genuinely toxic.  Now I don't think that's solely your humor because not once did you make it seem like that was just a joke. I can understand if it's jokes between friends, I myself am guilty of jokingly saying things like that to friends, keyword being friends.  My problem is when you say that to a guest or someone who doesn't know you as in the example provided, it does not come across as merely a harmless joke, to them or others who do not know what is going on.  And with the propkill, while I am aware that it is not actually a rule, my understanding is that the issue was with the frequency/amount.  But regardless, especially with a formal warning, when a high ranking member of staff warns you not to do something that should be taken with a grain of salt. Even if the rule isnot yet set in stone, there should be a least some attentiveness to that warning, but it seems as if you disregarded that entirely.

I will admit that I do not know the reasoning behind the propkilling warning, but I still don't understand the wanton disregard for said warning.  Also he doesn't know you and sarcasm doesn't come across all too well in text.  If I were to join in on a server and someone started insulting me I would not assume that it was a joke.  Also the wonky eyed comment was not the reason you were banned for toxicity, it's just an example.
