I try to do !cake or ulx cac in console and it doesnt work ("Unknown command: +cac_menu")
What is this and does it matter?

Adding on to what Starky said, CAC is only accessible by Admins or higher. You don't need to worry about it being there.

You see back in 1784 Dinkleberg opened a pie factory in France with his business partners: Dakody, Christian, and Maximillien Robespierre. Business was doing great for them until the French people started to starve. That's when Marie Antoinette uttered her famous quote, "Let them eat cake". Soon everyone in France was eating cake and business for the pie factory was doing bad. No one was eating pies. That's when Dinkleberg had a great idea, "Let's cut off the king and queen's heads!" So Dinkleberg sent Robespierre to overthrow the government, and it worked. King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were execited in 1793 and business for Dinkleberg was doing great again. But Robespierre was in charge of the government now, and he turned on Dinklberg. Dinkleberg sent his new partner, Napoleon Bonaparte, to execute Robespierre, and he did. And that's the reason we use !cake to see if people are hacking, cuz if they hack, we hack their heads off.
