I'm pretty sure it's a temporary. Tmod can't permanent ban.

The way the banned is acting, I assumed it was permanent.
Either way, banning is literally the fourth step to this process not the first; my original point still stands.

you are allowed to post any link into chat as long as it is not promoting another server or a youtube channel. anything else is up to staff discretion. in this case monarch used his discretion to ban you for a link you posted because he believed that it was worthy of a punishment. can we just unban the guy tbh
