Honestly if they're is multiable staff on, should donor's really be muting or gagging? That's backseat moderating, I don't know the stance or opinion of higher staff's thoughts on that, but generally staffing should be left to staff unless there are none on, right?

In my view Donors assisting staff is quite the good asset, as long as the ones that want to help have a good understanding of when to actually use the commands, and when just to warn. Staffing on TTT gets incredibly hectic from time to time especially if the staff finds themselves quite outnumbered, so the assist of capable Donors is then often appreciated. If the staff on can handle the situations then I do feel Donors should be told off about using commands, buuuut this debate is probably something for another tread as this is an abuse report not a philosophical debate about Donor powers
