Gagging himself isn't the end of the world but gagging all is definitely not good.
Also donor abuse isn't really something we tend to ban for unless it's super major, so I have moved this to the correct subforum.

He ungagged himself three times after I gagged him and gagged the whole server for a fake "gag round"

In that situation, having proof of a prior gag by staff is necessary. As all I can see from the screenshots is him gagging/ungagging himself. The gag all however is a bit no-no

I don’t know if this is a punishable offence but he was asking @"Lycan" multiple times to remove his Awarns about donor abuse because they weren’t justified to him...Again I don’t know if this is punishable but I’m just putting it out there @"Lycan" please confirm...

I think honestly all this guy needs at most is a donor strike on him if not just a serious discussion on why he shouldn't do such things again, especially purposefully gagging everyone. I'll let TTT handle this since they know the guy better and it happened on TTT. Just my thoughts on this because obviously some bad things happened and it should be made clear that such things shouldn't be okay.
