What They Did: He ungagged his friend twice after I gagged him, refused to call a trusted staff and kept arguing about it.
When They Did It: It happened back in August 2020 and today.

+1 on either a strike or demotion to supporter due to the fact they just argued and argued over something that's in the rules. And refusal to read said rules after being told its against the rules in the first place. I had my talk with him, he refused to listen at all despite a handful of people said otherwise.
I did also record and I can see if I caught all of that and see if theres more after Blurgh's footage cuts out.
"Trusted aren't staff." -> we are trained to be staff. So it gives us right to act as such. I love this argument given and acts like Donors are above Trusted.

Donors are not staff. Trusted are staff.
Its not a question. There is no comparison in terms of authority. Comparing the two aren't comparing apples and oranges, they are comparing apples and bricks.
That being said the crime here seems more significant than a simple donor strike. The player was essentially struck in August. I'd recommend a removal of donor privledges.

He seems to friends with noodlekiller .In the first video, he says he is speaking from voice chat.Noodlekiller banned months ago.
Man burps into microphone, Blurgh warns him and punishes him with round gag then wow ussing ungag command .People on the server say don't use your power and let the staff handle it "Trusted aren't staff Dink said they're not staff anymore"A few people on the server saying trusted is staff rank but he doesn't listen to them and continues to argue.
I suggest it's more than just a strike, as it's repeated in August as well.Man doesn't learn from his mistakes

In thee first vid he says that he doesn't care if his rank gets removed, because 'it costed only 15 dollars'. The dude needs his rank removed, because he doesn't understand his mistake and he never will.
