I try to do !cake or ulx cac in console and it doesnt work ("Unknown command: +cac_menu")
What is this and does it matter?

Its to catch people who are hacking with lua manipulations. Don't worry about it.

Adding on to what Starky said, CAC is only accessible by Admins or higher. You don't need to worry about it being there.

You see back in 1784 Dinkleberg opened a pie factory in France with his business partners: Dakody, Christian, and Maximillien Robespierre. But Robespierre was in charge of the government now, and he turned on Dinklberg. Dinkleberg sent his new partner, Napoleon Bonaparte, to execute Robespierre, and he did. And that's the reason we use !cake to see if people are hacking, cuz if they hack, we hack their heads off.
