Reason to Ban: Consistent RDM/False KOSing/The evidence Zephyr commented below which include Attempted RDM and Chat Abuse/Overall toxicity.
Proof: http://prntscr.com/j8a1wk As you can see in this first screenshot, Homer shots me in the head 5 seconds into the round. (http://prntscr.com/j8a7t8 says this after)
http://prntscr.com/j8a3cz Here you can see homer RDM me again for no reason.
http://prntscr.com/j8a3v5 Here you can see Homer RDM me yet again 14 seconds into the round.
http://prntscr.com/j8a9ae While this screenshot doesn't show anything specific besides Homer, a Detective, saying "KOS ZEPHYR". Here's a little backstory to what happened: Homer said this at the beginning of the round as a false KOS and you can get the witnesses listed above to corroborate the story. He false KOSed multiple times.

@"Homer Simpson" is making a response now. If anything this is targeting and constant RDM, but I would still like to see his response.
For now, he's sitting with a perm ban.
