Proof: chibill and I have gagged and muted both, screenshots of slur, screenshot of rdms

To any staff wondering why I didn't warn, I was over my head in RDM reports that map. Had 27 by the end of the map, of which 4 were from one round then the next round 8 were made too.

lacronda banned perm for chibill's mass ban request. Skinny Chris has been given a warn, as I do not see enough to act further. Thanks slater.

Also, good job chibill. i know what it's like to handle a full server alone. even as a Mod, it can be a lot at times when peak toxicity comes out. You did fine
