Crash Egypt is one I think we had, but for some odd reason was removed.  Not sure why either, as there were no issues with the map that I was aware of.

deathrun_spongebob_finalx2 - From past experience the map can cause the server to break its physics, making props float, and some traps unfunctional on other maps.
deathrun_hot_desert - Not having CSS textures makes your eyes bleed... from what I've heard.
deathrun_indiana_jones (chances are I got the map name wrong) - same reason as hot_desert.

also my only disconcern with portal is the cake that insta kills you and people complaining about one ending
