You also don't need to act modest, you've outclassed norm and mork for years with this same gameplay. there isn't a day that goes by where someone doesn't think you are cheating. Especially now when you usually say nothing in chat and just roam around killing everyone even in low population servers. Every clip ever of you looks like people who've been banned previously and it shocks me that dink didn't want you banned for the loss of money you probably cause him. 

also "that's mainly because i like giving the prop I'm near a false sense of security" just sounds like an admission of guilt. so you do know where the props are and only do any sort of looking around just to mess with them? It's unbelievable really. not to mention you're score difference being that of thousands from second on global boards looks suspicious itself even with your massive hours.

I normally would not chalk something as silly as lowering graphics settings to cheating, also mainly because if people are playing on lower end machines that would be considered disqualifying for playing. But and this is a big but, exploding as soon as someone specs without fail every single time becomes a lot less of a coincidence when it happens more and more between rounds.

And also as someone else mentioned on this form, that cigarette case kill was super sus. Being able to walk into a general area and already have a prop in your line of site is weird. I am going to watch the video evidence a little more soon to make a final call though.
