Alright boys and girls. Lets get down to business
BG Gamez going for Mod. I have a bit to say about this. Mostly good, I think I have one or two slight criticisms.
When it comes to being a T mod and Trusted. He has IMO done very well. He stays as un-bias as he possibly can for situations that arise. He is very responsive and active on the server, which really is needed at the moment. There are many a times where BG is the only staff on the server, and its a HUGE help to keep things orderly and not absolutely cursed. He has managed to remove some very toxic people that everyone agrees should not play in our community. That is a huge step in the right direction. He is always communicative, and pretty much always has a positive outlook on things, and has the interest of the community put before his own. I have watched him more times than I can count, put his own opinions and thoughts aside to do whats right for the situation, or community instead of what he wants to do. He has observed and grown very well from being a trusted and Tmod. I remember many times he would be dealt a situation where he did not know what to do, what would be fair, or what would resolve the situation without putting any more gas under the fire. He always reached out to his fellow staff team, and got recommendations and answers to his questions, and he has learned over time how to best handle things. He typically (from what ive seen) doesn't need too much guidance anymore, and its great to see.
I think the one criticism I would have to say, is that as a staff member, (and because he is BGgamez) he gets targeted and RDM'd ALOT. I see that he sometimes gets fairly frustrated by this. Whether it is RDM or targeting, or someone critiquing your staffing style, I would work on not letting it get to you so much. It causes you alot of stress and frustration that is unneeded and preventable. With that, I have never seen you add fuel to the fire or stir the pot. You always manage to keep things civil and handle business as it needs to be handled.
Overall. I very much support BG becoming a Mod. I think he would be very successful in the role, and I think he would be a huge help to the community fun and inviting. From what I have seen he has been very involved in the recent issues with downtime, and helping communicate details and help as much as he can with resolving this. I think he has earned his keep as a Moderator.

BG has been one if not the most coolest staff member on the server that I encountered in the many years I been apart of DinklebergsTTT. His willingness to always support and maintain the server is commendable. I have no doubt in my mind that BG will follow the footsteps of Chibill and be a Admin in the not so distant future.
