watching the clips it's not a clear sell as hacking to me. it's sus for sure but like so are all of the other top 10 players IMO. If we suspect that the low graphics thing is creating a gameplay advantage mentioned above then it should be easy to test that... either compare Fofab's performance on a map with and without area portals so there are no opportunities for that flickering to happen, or have fobab submit a couple gameplay recordings of what he sees. but from what I see on this ban is done on a hunch. if we want to roll like that then that's fine but for a player with 4000 hours on a server with dwindling player counts, I would let him prove his innocence just this once.
