Update: hitreg was either not reverted or leyhitreg took moat's source code and passed it off as their own.

It is the EXACT same as that garbage we had before this update.

Bumping this as a result of the above update. Please leave comments in regard to server performance. is it better? Is it worse? Let me know if you experience any changes.

As for the tickrate, I haven't seen any major issue or differences. It'll lag in weird places but that could easily be client side.
