I could care less for an apology, but if the banning mod believes he was wrong then the next step for him seems crystal clear to me. We have upheld more than once the right of a mod to reverse their decision on matters so simple.

Your unban request has been accepted, and you have been unbanned. Brown will be talked to soon to ensure an issue like this is not repeated. Knowing the full context is important for staff members and Brown has admitted he made an error in judgement.

As for Micspamming, I haven't seen enough evidence to warrant a ban, but I would keep it in mind to chill.
