What They Did: He didn't punish a guy who RDMed me, the person who killed me was also a Test Mod (J@CK XDDD). What happened is that when I was T in a round, I saw a guy killing someone and when he identified the corpse, it was an inocent, so I killed him for kill inocents. The thing is that after kill him, without letting me identify the body (I knew he was ino because I was a traitor, but he didn't know it) J@ck killed me. Then, I've reported Jack, and because he didn't apologies, he just put an excuse, I didn't forgive him. And later, I saw how Cubie finished the report with no sanctions, I asked him the reason, and he just pasted the logs of how I killed an inocent, ignoring me after that.

Unfortunately, I don't think this is a case of abuse here. Prop Killing is KOS'able and based on the death scene, it seems that Jack had no possible way of seeing that Lycan was propkilled by Bryan, so he made the logical choice of killing you since as I've stated before, prop killing is KOS'able. It would've been better if you would've said something in the chat about Bryan maybe being a traitor or saying you killed him in voicechat because he prop killed. If you don't communicate with anyone, nobody is going to try and ask why you did it, they'll assume you're a Traitor or an RDMer and kill you. Cubie didn't do anything wrong here.

I mean to be fair, the person did kill Bryan for prop killing someone which is kosable so I don’t think the the person should of been killed for killing someone who prop killed. Also he said Jack didn’t even give him time to id the body so there was no way of knowing if Bryan was a t or not yet. In the report he also stated he killed someone for killing an innocent which is kosable and the proper action to do usually. I am also pretty sure that even if Jack didn’t know that Bryan prop killed someone it would still be rdm since I myself have been slained in similar situations before. Ignorance doesn’t make it ok I think, no offense to anyone.

this is not the way i would have handled this report. i do not see why jack did not get a slay for that just because your a t does not mean you cant legally kill people for rdm

Yeah so because other staff was on I ddint handle my own report and seeing this I probaly should have been slayed so if someone wants add one on me and ill server it next time im on server :D

This isn't really abuse. I guess someone add a slay to Jack at some point if he doesn't care. Everybody walks away happy.
