We appreciate the determination you have by reapplying, but this application will also be Denied.
Main reasons being would be that it seems like you haven't really taken any of the criticism from your last application and really applied them. Being eager to help is also a good thing, but you've done nothing in particular to stand out or show us that you have what it takes. An example of this would be whenever you say that our staff do nothing in-game, but you don't do anything to help out either.
Some things you can work on:
A) make more ban requests,
B) have more forum and discord activity.
Don't let this discourage you though as there is always room for improvement. I want you to take this denial very seriously and read what I wrote for you in order to improve.
