I'm not seeing enough justification for anything beyond a warning for potential game exploits. GMod is an unstable game and it could still very likely crash the server. However as it didn't there is no real reason for a ban. I would heavily advise to not do that however as if it does ever crash the server it's a permaban. 

@Mana as resigned staff we should not be banning anyone based on ban requests. In fact, you shouldn't be banning anyone at all unless it's an absolute emergency in the time it takes to have your role removed. If this player was banned please unban.
