Video #2 is most related to Bathtub (STEAM_0:0:90217271, got banned by Unfortunatepossum for hacking), but it's kinda useful as a proof of ghosting. 
Also both of players had VAC bans before.

There was not a lot here but I think there was enough for a ban.

Something that may help in the future is if you get evidence via 1st person rather than 3rd. This has also been incredibly useful in getting hackers as well.
