Currently The crates are dumb. The halloween items shouldn't be available at all times of the year and should actually make the halloween crate useful by removing the halloween items from both the hat, accessory, and model 2 crate. As it currently stands Catwoman is more rare and cost more to get in the halloween crate than if you were to open a model 2 crate.
Below I show the current crates then after what I believe is/can be an improvement to the crates on dr.


Current Crates:
Hat
(Rainbow text hat is at the top just the crate is huge)

I do not have an image as I am not sure how to fully show this idea. But remove the rainbow text hat as a legendary since its already a blue rarity in the crate and replace it with maybe a secret hat section like how TTT has it set to.

Accessory:
 Here is a improved crate that will fully utilize the gmod tower accessory pack and again give more to strive for and a reason to come on at least once a week to try and get some of those rare items.

Alternative:
 Move the Fox hat into the hat 2 and have the poe sisters as the new legendary in the halloween crate because you know spooky ghost.
