I think we should take remove jetpack voted and apply them to remove +russ script

with that logic everyone on keep should be moved to rework

This is why I said at the start that we should be able to vote for more than 1 option because many people would have a 1st preference, then a second one and so on

we could just use a two round system. Take the two highest votes and put them in a 2nd round.
