This is very obvious cheating. In the first instance, you can see him flick and then lock on the head of his fellow traitor, which didn't kill him so when he tried again, you can see he used a silent aim cheat to make the final shot. That's why he killed him but his aim was far off. Probably has a key bind set to toggle/untoggle the aimbot and the silent aim. Imagine using cheats to kill your traitor buddy haha.
