I completely agree with salts statement.
I personally do not think that you are mature enough to become a staff member. Although you are knowledgeable about the rules and know how to go about enforcing them I still think that you are too immature to become a proper staff member. -1

+1 hes more level headed than some of the staff we have on now. I can tell without a doubt he wont develop a god complex (unlike alot of the current and ex staff have/had) I fully believe he will be a good staff member
