Reason to ban is for constant kicks to a guest that had mass rdm’d a couple rounds prior

So I reviewed the situation, and although it appears he may have gotten a bit trigger happy, the kicks in this particular video do appear to be kicking players who were mass RDMing.
I had a discussion in game with him about it, and sent him the guidelines. I informed him that the situation involving these players would likely be best handled via ban request on the forums if kicks are going to be used.
The only issue I can potentially list for donor abuse is based on the RDM logs that I saw (July 3rd 1 AM EDT on Kakariko), where I do see that he was a traitor then uninvolved in a future round, which implies he was indeed kicked.
Based on that I did issue an awarn for donor abuse, player should be thoroughly up to speed with our guidelines. No ban is appropriate at this time per staff guidelines.

On a separate note, the two players he kicked, CreepyUnclePalpatine and LEAD_FACTORY (STEAM_0:1:149502104 and STEAM_0:1:198141863, respectively) have both been perma'd for mass RDM. It isn't conventional to ban the alleged victims of donor abuse, but when I see blatant RDM in logs I'm inclined to take action on what I directly had to look up. Evidence: https://imgur.com/a/pJ4v6c7
