Shouldn't the perk gag or at least the punishment go away with the new warn system going into effect today? Everyone has a clean slate now supposedly. I think our boy here deserves a chance to show that being gagged is his final warning to what really is to come.

I think it would be best, for now, to leave it on. I believe that this can be reconsidered in a month or so now that we have switched and updated awarn.
