Ok, so Im on a different computer right now so I cant upload any of the evidence. Here is how it went down:
1. You were talking about rape, or made mention of it. I dont know the specifics except that coco stepped in and told you to stop
2. A couple rounds later Prince Nicky said that you were talking about pedo shit. I gagged Prince and told him to bring it up to staff members if something like that is happening, because randomly talking about it only will escalate things.
3. The next round you started going off on Nicky for "calling you a pedo." I then gagged both of you, and told you both to change the conversation or bring issues up with staff.
4. Only 1 round later, you were asking if you could play porn through your mic. That was the last straw, so I gave you a 6 point warn for Overly Sexual/Offensive Conversations, not mic spam. This put you at 24 active points which is a 2 week ban.
Coco gave you a verbal warning, then I gave Nicky a verbal, then I gave both you and Nicky verbal warnings, and then I finally gave you actual warning points.
Can you point at any step here where I went wrong?
Edit: I do agree with you that when staff are being reported for misusing powers, that the burden of proof should be on the staff member. That is my opinion since I come from places that require us to record evidence for all staff actions. That is not, however, how it works here. I will be uploading the evidence once Im back at my other computer, tomorrow. As for the warn system, it is in place so that first time infractions have relatively small punishments. Punishments grow larger with each consecutive offense. These offenses do expire after a set amount of time, depending on the number of warn points received, so they arent permanent (except for 10-12 point warns).
