What do you plan to do as a web staff member?: I use the forums a lot, I enjoy posting and keeping it active and engaging while also being able to spread love and kindness, and that's exactly what I want to do is to keep the peace and the positive atmosphere, but also allow people to express the negative or pent up emotions that they might have. Because it's healthy to express both as long as it's not at the expense of another.

What made you decide to apply?: I've been with the community for a while and I just want to offer my time and dedication back to the community. And what better way of doing so than by becoming staff? I want to serve the community and be able to provide a positive place for people to come back to. even if its a year or two down the line.

Anything else you would like to add?: This is mainly just a shot in the dark, but honestly, I do love the community I can't always find time to be on gmod but I know I would love to be staff. And I feel like this might be the best way to go about it

Being staff in this community is a double-edged sword. Sure, it's nice to give back to a community that brings some fun into an often bleak life, but once you are staff, the backlash you will get for enforcing basic rules really kills motivation for this community.

I'm not sure I would want to see you have to deal with the degenerate side of this community. Is that something you really want to take on?

If so, I think you deserve a chance for some form of staffing at some point. Best of luck with your application.
