Since your main account was banned for hacking or any other violation, returning on an alt is considered punishment evasion. This only hurts your case when trying to get unbanned. 

As another note, slandering staff in community discord is not wise as this can also hurt your unban appeal. This also makes you look more toxic and as a community we don't want more toxicity. 

TheUltraFish (Who is an Admin not a Mod) has the evidence that supports your ban. 

I suggest being patient as people do have lives outside of Gmod and a response will be given when able. 

I understand, He caught me for ghosting and I admit I did the crime so I'll do the time but I didn't originally know that playing on an alt is punishment evasion, even then my alt got randomly banned for hacking when I wasn't. If I had known I would have just waited the time.  I wouldn't risk getting caught, especially again.  I was already committed to playing fair when I got banned for ghosting. Regardless, I made a new account specifically for Dinklebergs  because I was putting time in and enjoying it.

I want to make a few things clear, I admit I was being too aggressive on discord after feeling like I had been cheated and few took me seriously.  I felt that I needed to bring attention to a possible corrupt admin, and the way I went about doing was lashing out- not my original intention, I apologize and can submit a formal apology to admins or staff if you need but frustration had built after seemingly being taken advantage of.  I blew this out of proportion this much only because I enjoy playing on Dinklebergs and I don't like being taken advantage of.

I'm not a bad guy, just had bad luck.
