When did you first join the forums?: April 2018

Do you meet the minimum age requirement(18+)?: Yes.

What do you plan to do as a web staff member?: Help out the good old forums team. Even though they are a little bit inactive, there has been more forum revival recently. I work from home and typically end up checking the forums multiple times a day as is, so would be able to help out with deescalation, and general post moderation.

What made you decide to apply?: Mr Rand made his seeking help post, as well as I did have intention of doing this awhile ago but assumed they were not looking for additional members.

  • Be 18+ (certain situations and content are not appropriate for underage users. This protects staff from accessing content they shouldn't be able to)
Highly Prefered & Recommended

  • Be an active participant in the forums and the community at large

  • No ongoing or concurrent community behavioral issues

  • No recent server (legitimate) bans or staff/donor strikes

  • Minimum Requirements: What is absolutely necessary to apply. If you do not meet the minimum requirements, you will not be considered an eligible candidate. 

  • Highly Prefered & Recommended:  Since these factors are open to interpretation, they will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This means these qualities are preferred but not necessarily required to apply.

- Current Web Mod for at least 6 Months.
- Notify current Web Admins of your intention to apply.
- No mildly significant or major behavioral issues as of late.
- Has an exceptional knowledge of the rules and guidelines of being a web AND community staff member, enough to thoroughly train intermediate web staff members.
- Has a vision for continued development of the forums.
- Can think for themselves, be confident in their decisions, and can objectively handle all situations.
- Consistent activity in the community as a staff member and have had Web Staff for a minimum of 4 months.
- Has experience handling advanced community staffing issues other than on the forums.
