Reason for Admins to Remove/Expire: Me and Eamtomlinson were fighting with rocks when Lil Pleepo slimed me. I had not anticipated Eamtomlinson reviving me in that moment but it wished to continue fighting before we were interrupted. Eamtomlinson hadn't told me it was a traitor nor did Eamtomlinson tell me it had bought one defibrillator. So when revived I already knew Eamtomlinson only had a rock and I know Lil Pleepo would have just shot me in the head again. So I first killed Lil Pleepo before killing Eamtomlinson. Lil Pleepo informed me that apparently the rules say you need to kill the defibber before anyone else. I haven't heard of this before and I can think of plenty of moments where traitors revive innocents. Innocents never killing or the revived innocent calling out the traitors they heard of in dead chat while not killing. Which I do understand these situations are different from this one but I think it still shows that its usually side-eyed. Especially with Uriel and many times I've seen him be rezzed by his friends and going for their buddies. Or him being given a knife and getting someone. Eamtomlinson even revived Love4Puppies during the same map showing that it wasn't even biased twords me. So I believe I shouldn't have the warn because I prioritized killing the traitor who was going to kill me first. Eamtomlinson didn't just let me kill him either it was still actively attacking me with a rock when it revived me. I do understand me jokingly saying "on todays episode of me and Eamtomlinson teaming" doesn't help the thought process when viewing this situation nor that we were in discord voice chat in the main server. We had already been in vc for several hours and still were in vc after the fact, It wasn't a contributing factor to the play at hand. The joke aswell was made as I killed Lil Pleepo whilst still killing Eamtomlinson with a rock. I didn't think that caribou would take it seriously asking Eamtomlinson multiple times why it revived me and going out of his way to say "rip staff app too" just to be rude. I personally found my joke to be harmless in a situation I genuinely thought I had taken the proper steps to do what I was meant to do.

Other: Eamtomlinson has already decided it wishes to leave the community but since the warn was given to us both and I believe we are both undeserving of it I am still putting it in for both of us.

We were still 5 years away from Covid, Donald Trump was not the president (not even the first time), and Harambe (RIP King) was still alive. Much like the world around me, I am a changed man. In 2015 I was a young whipper snapper in high school, now I have graduated college with a business management degree and have a corporate 9-5 job. The moment my son was born I had a realization I needed to make amends for my past transgressions. Although I do not remember exactly what I did on that fateful night, I know my reason for being banned was probably correct as I was literally banned by everyone. Sorry for being the nuisance that I was, I was a young innocent child with much to learn. I love Fairly Oddparents <3.

Why Should You Be Unbanned and Why?:
- On Behalf of the community, I shouldn't be unbanned, but I am willing to give an appeal a shot.

- It's been three or four months since my ban took place. I am sorry for the players that had to put up with my rule-breaking and for making them mad because of me. I am really sorry for doing that. I had broken the community's trust by appealing, then doing the same thing again by rdming every round and map, but I know this appeal won't be accepted because of my history throughout communities that I have played on. I would like to apologize to Love4puppyies because I know how pissed she got by me targeting her on the server. I wish her to forgive me. And I would also like to apologize to other people on the server that I also targeted for being an asshole to them. I wish to be led into the community one last time, but if I break the rules again after being unbanned community exile me without appealing.

I was banned for cheating + mass rdm which is crazy because all i did was bhop with fps_max bind for like 5 seconds, I love how if you arent a donor with a stonks player model jetpack crouch jumping in a ceiling with that one op smg hitting your vape saying go green every 2 seconds youre cheating, crazy stuff. the guy wont even show me any evidence so im assuming its just biased because I was saying dumb shit and they didnt like that (just gag me?) Reason for Admins to Unban:
After less than a week of thinking it over and giving myself a break from TTT, I decided today was best for me to create this ban appeal that way it isn't created with the emotions I carried the days following the ban. I was in the wrong for massing and I do apologize to anyone who was affected by my lack of judgment. I have read over the rules multiple times while I have been banned and believe a permanent ban on a player who has never been banned for mass before is above what should have been handed to me. Although it was intentional, I had no malicious intent with my actions.

For context, I was on eclipse and killed 5 innocents and 1 traitor in overtime as I grew tired of the constant delay that occurs more often than not. I would like to also point out that the last traitor was by definition "delaying" as they had only gotten 1 kill within 6 minutes due to a c4 which was placed for 2 minutes. As I started to kill people, the traitor while near me decided to run away and hide in a compartment as they "were scared I was going to rdm them". In order for me to find them, I had to buy a radar or else they would've stayed in the same area until the round ended. Not only were they intentional delaying by not killing any innocents after their c4 went off, but they also refused to play their given role properly with the excuse of "drinking/wanting to get drunk."

I would also like to clear up a comment I saw a couple days after my ban. "did frost even try to contact staff?" In my eyes, I shouldn't need to contact anyone in this situation. As a regular player, I don't think staff would want me telling them to do their job as they were as staff are chosen to reinforce rules. Even if I were to contact staff, there has been a severe lack of players being punished for delaying. If players aren't being punished for a rule set for all players, more players will start to do it which has been happening more on the server. Although a ban was justified because of my actions, I don't believe a ban on par with cheaters is justifiable.
