Reason to Ban: Consistent RDM W/ No Staff On.

Other: Noire was present for 2 of the RDM's on an Alt, the 1st RDM he came on prior to giving him a Slay. Dude's a regular as well and should know better. Idc either way, this dude deserves a ban imo. You don't go around freely RDMing the same person when there are no Staff on. Specially with Noire coming on prior, and then being on an Alt to witness this.
