Reason for Admins to Unban: This took place 4 years ago and I feel like I've matured and i can control my urges to not kill people just because they may annoy me at that moment in time...... or because i see someone carrying a red barrel at that time and think it may be funny to shoot it.

It's been 4 years, I think he deserves another chance.
