This just seems like a case of not knowing you were still banned on your main account (it's an old ass ban so who tf would blame you) and somebody banned you for 'alt evading'. Just make an unban request for your 'shy' account on these forums and you'll most likely be unbanned from both accounts.

thats not my main account im sharing gmod on this account but its not my main, didnt even know it was banned on dinkleberg cause of how long it's been lol but yea i get the confusion i guess

the fact still stands that its a subaccount that was perma banned
perma banned -> go back on new account -> caught on new account = perma for evade.
just make an appeal and see where it goes from there honestly.

That's the reason that you were banned. The account you were sharing gmod from was permanently banned, and using an alt to get around a permanent ban is another permanent ban for the account borrowing gmod.
