Other: I understand that lags on the videos are unbearable (the reason i do not record my games), so here's a short summary:
Videos:
1. 2 attempts to rdm
2. rdm
3. attempt to rdm + rdm again + a bit of following a guy in order to try to rdm him
4. attempt to rdm + one more rdm + one more attempt
5. 2 rdms + instigating a gunman
6. 4 attempts to rdm players
+ screenshots from relay where Xenomorph says that mr. misceets was rdming a lot (before i started recording)
I hope these videos provide enough evidence.
He was rdming people before i started recording him, so i kicked him 5-6 times in a row and he kept coming back.
