Right so PS2 is, for whatever reason (blame the other guy since I inherited this mess), linked between PH and DR. It needed to be nerfed on DR so Dink disabled it... without realizing that it also impacts the jetpack on just PH every server. I'll have it fixed in a day or two.

This is the reason why we cant have a movie theater server.

also the smoke effects are kind of op in firefights on TTT

I like it keep the nerf, makes it more balanced
