Round 8 on the map and he is still in unassigned. Connected for 1 hour and 8 minutes.

He should be banned perm, or at least longer then his last ban, which was two weeks.  He has been put on the "to watch" list too many times for the same thing and he still doesn't get the message that what he is doing is wrong.  I will attach all the evidence I have of the "to watch" list.
