Other: Full video available. He was warned, round gagged, and map gagged. Decided to leave and come back when he was map muted. He got re-gagged. He left and came back and got kicked for punish evading again. He then came back and was re-gagged. He was told not to punish evade every time. He then evaded again. Left before Travis got on for a ban. 

Updated: I was told you were to kick as second punishment for evasion but after re-reading the guidelines it seems to be incorrect. Looks like the second punishment should have been a ban according to staff guidelines. I do apologize for that and will make sure to stick to the guidelines when dealing with punishment evasion again. He did get a decent amount of chances every time to stop. 

Player banned for 24hrs for evading punishment.
