Alright. Here is some death logs of him targeting me just today.

He seems to do two at a time and then go backs to targeting the person later on. He waited like 3 or 2 maps to target me again.

after reviewing evidence, and checking guidelines, as well as witnessing part of the targetting occuring, i have gone ahead with a week long ban via guidelines, i have stressed in his ban that the next time it occurs will result in a permaban for targetting/harassment.
