What They Did: Kicked me 2x for "ghosting" when I killed somebody for moving right infront of me and he said he was about to get me banned, he then said he'd "let me off" which shows he had no intent to get me punished, and proves that he was just kicking me for no reason at all., threatening to kick me if I don't switch to a team (he's not allowed to do this)

Nice snap (aka aimbot) shot in your own streamable and video provided by the donor. I do believe this could have been handled better but you were hacking, you got banned for hacking just as you got banned on TTT for hacking. This matter is closed.
