Proof: See video below. The first segment is showing how he knows where people are, despite being in the water and across the map. The next segments show his aimbot. They progressively get worse. The previous map casual players were also calling him out on his hacking, but I hadn't started demoing yet. Also, if you look at his profile he was banned for hacking 15 days ago.

There's a second user who was there and is friends with him: skyny_lynryd, STEAM_0:1:526626597. Also VAC Banned, but 105 days ago.

Yeah, I wish I was able to get more evidence but I think the video is enough.
