To add some context. I first reported him earlier today when he first rdmed me. He had a slay put on him and then he left. He came back again served his slay and then rdmed me two times when no staff were on then left a couple rounds later I think. Then he comes a 3rd time and rdms me yet again and then leaves before anyone has time to even finish the report.
