Recommend a strike as i'm not sure if Pisca was warned for previous offense by Nicky (no AWarn was noted). But I feel formal warning is proper here.

Pisca clearly doesn't care about his donor powers, and has proven this in the past. Resetting everyone's gags in the worst way possible wasn't wise when I was dealing with several micspammers at the time.

yes removal, i dont record evidence anymore but i know of dozens of instances of him doing random gags (on people that 100% do not consent to that kinda thing) and even kicks, but it gets pushed by the wayside as a joke even if it does bother those people
