In the sense of replacing threads that were most recently posted on by who ever, with only showing threads you've posted on?
I'd take that as a side dish, not a replacement meal.
Maybe a toggle option on the existing feed?
Granted I haven't looked at ANY of the other layouts but the default so really; tf do I even know? lol.

Obviously it ssems that it is wanted as it has a positive yes vote and there is no official word on whether or not this will be implemented in the future.
